The Book Finishers Summit 2026 is a 5-day virtual event running from June 25–29, 2026. Hosted by Rhonda Douglas of Resilient Writers, this free writers’ seminar series has talks from over 30 authors, coaches, and editors.
The event has a refreshing mix of daily live sessions, community writing time, and pre-recorded presentations. Topics include mindset, craft, and publishing in order to… get you to finish your book.
With dedicated session on writing routines, scene structure, imposter syndrome, and marketing, the event offers advice for authors trying to finish a book. And not necessarily first-timers. Even long-time writers struggle. Sometimes it’s the second, third or fourth book that hits the buffers, after that early, naive, lightning-in-a-bottle phase runs out of energy.
Similar to other events, there’s a paid-pass available to catch up on the recordings of all sessions, but basic registration is free.
Report covers the Trad Publishing sector, doesn’t provide any context for the whole market including Indie.
