Thanks and goodnight SPS-Live 2025

Thanks and goodnight SPS-Live 2025Thanks and goodnight SPS-Live 2025: this year’s Self Publishing Show wrapped in style after two days of talks and workshops.

The annual UK event for the Indie Author community took place over 25-26 June. The usual presentation day at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London’s South Bank saw five hundred attendees. The new workshop day two for two hundred attendees ran in the conference suite of the Park Plaza, Westminster.

Day One ran the normal presentation format, with a publishing ‘trade show’ in the lobby, Day Two stole the show. The presenters and panelists on day one did a superb job delivering their material to a tight timescale in the cavernous auditorium of QE Hall.

The show really got going on day two, where five break-out sessions repeated throughout the day. A maximum of fifty attendees got a deep-dive into the materials with Q&A sessions in each workshop. Here, we got to ask more questions, develop themes and get practical critiques of our social media, ad campaigns, publishing processes and more.

The social get-togethers at the Royal Festival Hall and in the Plaza at the end of both days added even more to the community feel. Networks expanded, friendships deepened, and the welcome grew warmer.

Thanks go to the international band of presenters and experts for all their efforts.

That’s a wrap for 2025. I’ve already registered for 2026.
